OPERATIONS MANAGER
Michelle Edds
Dip Human Resources
With nearly 20 years’ experience supporting C-Suite executives across management consultancy, financial services, and tech start-ups, Michelle brings a deep foundation in business operations, process improvement, and client service to her role at EW&L.
What sets Michelle apart is the dimension she brings beyond the operational. A dedicated student, Michelle has spent several years investing in her own growth across change management, mindset, and holistic wellbeing- disciplines that quietly shape the way she leads, listens, and shows up for the people around her.
She believes that how we care for ourselves directly influences how well we care for others, and that philosophy is evident in the warmth, steadiness, and genuine empathy she brings to every interaction.
Michelle supports the Partners, overall operations of EW&L and clients with equal dedication - a dynamic and grounded presence who embodies the belief that exceptional businesses are built not only through strong systems, but through the quality of the people, culture, and relationships behind them.
