Melvin is an Associate Adviser based in our Brisbane office at Emanuel Whybourne & Loehr. With close to a decade of experience in financial services, Melvin spent several years at Macquarie Private Bank before joining a multi-disciplinary wealth firm, where he developed deep expertise supporting high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth business families through exit planning, investment governance, and intergenerational wealth transition.
Melvin prioritises building meaningful, long-term client relationships and delivering bespoke advice that holds up across complex financial scenarios. With a strong foundation in private markets and outcome-oriented portfolio thinking, his focus is on understanding how invested capital must adapt to meet a family’s evolving financial needs - particularly following a business exit or liquidity event.
At EW&L, Melvin works closely with clients across the full advice lifecycle, bringing care and precision to every engagement to ensure each strategy is implemented with both clarity and confidence.
